- involving members directly and actively: asking specific questions

- recruiting members via existing members & “waking up dormant members”
Structure/working method
- in small groups so that we can discuss strategy and how to achieve it in direct contact with members
- theme-centred working with 1 theme: “Here and now directly connected; we create liveliness”
- 1 or 2 members of the Coordination Team: Linde, Thea or Carolien
