In this online meet-up we will share and learn from our experiences with boundaries. What can we learn about boundaries from TCI’s perspective? How do boundaries feel for each of us? How can we lead ourselves while balancing on the edge?
The aims for this meet-up are:
- Greater awareness of boundaries: how do they feel to me?
- Exchanging experiences on the boundary using the 4 factor model IT, I, WE and GLOBE
- Developing your own leadership in responsibility for the whole; guiding wourself in “borderline cases”
Preparation: reading a text about TCI and boundaries written by Carolien Vink (this will be sent to you two weeks in advance, after you have registered for this meetup).
