Bringing TCI to the grassroots: What do we lose, what do we gain?

May 27 @ 3:00 PM - May 29 @ 12:00 PM

Flyer_en_final_20_1_2025

In this workshop in presence with 9 units (M2/A2) we will explore the ‘spiritual legacy’ of
Ruth C. Cohn with regard to the social impact of TCI in its beginnings:

What had inspired her and her colleagues in their humanistic, social, ecological and pacifist commitment and what is the current state of this in Europe? By dealing with Indian thinking (Indian Wisdom) and the various initiatives taken by Thomas Abraham and others in India, we will look at our own possibilities and limitations in making TCI present and visible in social initiatives and movements.

Its unique ability to form an inclusive, open WE in various fields, not at least in grassroots movements, is a clear challenge for us in view of the crisis of economic and political systems in the democratic states of Europe and worldwide.

As Ruth C. Cohn spoke of ‘Individual Therapy and Therapy of Humanity’ as a central concern of TCI and as she was personally involved in numerous initiatives with social impact, it is also important to ask what has become of the various awakenings in different countries where TCI was formerly alive (Hungary, Poland, Brazil, etc.) and where we want to go in future.
